Take a look at the picture above. Thanks to SkyNews (a cousin of the Fox News). This picture was taken after the Katrina. I am sure the cheeky producer was telling more than just the news, as is very common with the Fox and its affliated TV news channels.

The bigger question is, what does it matter now ? The damage is done. There is a movement to impeach Bush, but i doubt if it will ever gain enough momentum. The Americans are in self-denial about this man.
